Allsysgo Labor Charges

 

On Site “At your site” Service Charges

 

Consist of four component parts.

 

1)         Travel Zone Fee (if applicable)

2)         Technician Rate

3)         Time Increment

4)         Parts Charge

 

The formula to calculate the charge for On-Site service is:

 

Travel Zone Fee + (Tech Rate * # of hours)      + Parts Charge = Service Charge

            (A)       +          (B)       *          (C)       +          (D)    =     $

 

 

A.     The Travel Zone Fee:

A fee of $40.00 will be charged for On-Site service outside of a 10 mile radius of Allsysgo in Woburn, MA as calculated

from MapQuest.

 

 

B.     The Tech Rate for each 1-hour increment is as follows:

C.    The # of 1-hour Increments.
The time spent doing work is billed in one-hour increments. Therefore, there’s a one-hour minimum charge.

Any service performed over the one hour will be billed for two hours. The time is rounded up to the next

one-hour increment.


Example:         1 hour and 38 minutes of work is 2 hours.

D.    The Parts Charge.
This is the cost of any parts that are required to complete the job.

NOTE: If we go to your site and pick up equipment to be fixed at our location, then a flat fee will

be charged when we pick up the equipment and also when we return it.
 

 

In-House “At our site” Service Charges

 

The formula to calculate the charge for ‘at our location’ service is:

 

Diagnostic Fee + (Tech Rate * # hours) + Parts Charge = Service Charge

     (A)               +     (B)                +          (C)                        = $

 

 

A.     The Diagnostic Fee.
Any equipment that is brought to our location for service is charged a mandatory Bench Fee.  This includes

an estimate of what it will cost to fix the product.  This will be charged even if you decide not to have the

equipment fixed.  If you have the work done buy us, we will apply the diagnostic fee to the 1st hour of

service.


Diagnostic Fee:    $90.00

 

B.     The Tech Rate.
If you decide to have the equipment fixed, there is a minimum $90.00 fee.  If the time of service exceeds

1 hour, this fee will be hourly based.



C.    The Parts Charge.

This is the cost of any parts that are required to complete the job.


NOTE: If we go to your site and pick up equipment to be fixed at our location, then a flat fee $45

will be charged when we pick up the equipment and also when we return it.

A.     Credit Card Customers.
Flat fee of $50.00 per call will be charged to Visa or MasterCard.

* These Server Applications will be billed at $150 per call.

 

 

B.     Terms Customers.
Flat fee of $50.00 per call will be billed to your account. Discounts available for pre-billed telephone support.

 * These Server Applications will be billed at $150 per call.

 

Note:

Solutions to issues are not guaranteed. Issues requiring onsite service, replacement of parts, or changes in

software may prevent issue from being solved immediately. Cases will remain open for 30 days. Customer

is responsible for taking recommended corrective action within this time period.
